Everything the copier does, in plain language

Written for the person using TelegramSyncer, not for a developer. Setup, settings, limits, and what to do when something does not look right.

What TelegramSyncer is

TelegramSyncer sits between the Telegram channels you already follow and the MetaTrader account you already trade with. When a channel posts a trade, we read it, turn it into an order and place that order on your account with the risk settings you chose. Everything runs on our servers: nothing is installed on your computer or your phone, and nothing has to stay open.

We read your channels
Once you connect Telegram and switch listening on, new messages in the channels and groups your account already belongs to are read as they arrive.
The AI decides what is a trade
Every message goes through our detector, which pulls out the pair, the direction, the entry, the stop loss and the take profits. Commentary, results and promotions are dropped.
Your rules are applied
Lot size, which take profits to trade, instrument names and breakeven come from your settings for that channel on that account — never from the channel itself.
The order reaches your account
The finished order goes to your MetaTrader account, which we host in the cloud. It is awake 24/7, so none of your devices have to be.

What it is not

TelegramSyncer does not produce signals, does not tell you what to trade and never holds or moves your money. You choose which channels to trust and how much risk to take, and the results of those trades are yours.

What you need before you start

Five things, and you probably already have four of them.

A Telegram account
The one you use every day, on a phone that can receive its login code.
Signal channels you already follow
We can only read channels and groups your Telegram account is already a member of. TelegramSyncer gives you access to no channel and sells no signals.
An MT4 or MT5 account
Your login number, your trading password — not the read-only investor one — and the exact server name your broker gave you. Demo accounts work, and are the sane way to test a channel you do not know yet.
An active plan
Basic or Pro, paid through Hotmart. Note down which email address you paid with: it is what unlocks the app.
A browser
Phone, tablet or computer, any operating system. There is nothing to download and no VPS to rent.

Setting it up, step by step

Five steps, and most people are through them in under fifteen minutes. Each one has to be finished before the next becomes available.

  1. 1

    Choose a plan

Pick Basic or Pro and pay through Hotmart. The payment is handled entirely by Hotmart — your card details never reach us.

Watch out. Remember the email address you pay with. Your access is matched by that address and by nothing else.

  2. 2

    Create your account

Sign up in the app with your name, your email and a password of at least 8 characters, or continue with Google. Open the confirmation email we send you, then sign in.

Watch out. Sign up with the same email you paid with. The Google button uses your Google address, which is often a different one.

  3. 3

    Connect Telegram

Enter your country code and phone number. Telegram sends a 5-digit login code — it arrives inside the Telegram app itself, in the official Telegram service chat, not usually by SMS. If your account has two-step verification we then ask for your cloud password, which goes straight to Telegram and is never stored. Last, switch on “Listen to new messages”.

Watch out. While listening is off nothing is read at all: the app looks connected and no trade is ever detected.

  4. 4

    Add your MetaTrader account

Give the account a name for your own reference, choose MT4 or MT5, then enter the server name, the login number and the password your broker gave you. We create the connection in the cloud for you; the password is used once to establish it and is never saved. The account shows as Connecting to broker while your broker approves the connection — 15 to 60 minutes — and then as Connected.

Watch out. Copy the server name exactly as it appears in your MetaTrader login window. A mistyped server is the usual reason an account ends up as Failed.

  5. 5

Pick channels and set your risk

Open MetaTrader accounts → Manage account, add a channel from the list of channels and groups your Telegram account belongs to, and set how its trades should be placed: lot size, which take profits to trade, instrument adjustments and breakeven. Channels are configured per account, so the same channel can run 0.01 lots on one account and 0.10 on another.

Watch out. A channel that has not been added to an account is not copied. Adding it is what turns it on.

That is the whole setup

From here it runs on its own. New trades appear under Signals as they are detected, and every session, execution and error is listed under Activity.

What counts as a signal

Signal channels do not post in a fixed format, so the AI reads each message the way a person would. A message becomes an order only when it describes one complete trade.

A message must contain

  • A direction — buy or sell
  • The instrument, e.g. EURUSD, GOLD, NAS100
  • An entry price
  • A stop loss
  • At least one take profit (TP1)

It also handles

  • Up to five take profits, TP1 through TP5
  • An entry range, e.g. 1.0825-1.0830, instead of a single price
  • Pending orders — buy limit, sell limit, buy stop, sell stop — as well as market orders

It ignores

  • Weekly recaps and results, “TP1 hit ✅” and the like
  • Promotions, invitations and anything asking you to join something
  • Questions, commentary and ordinary conversation
  • Messages that describe more than one trade at once
  • Trades with no stop loss, or with no take profit
  • Trades that exist only inside a screenshot — it reads text, not pictures
  • Anything posted while listening was off. There is no catching up afterwards.

A channel that always trades the same instrument and therefore never writes its name — a gold-only channel, say — is the one exception: set “Replace asset” on that channel and its messages are understood anyway.

Channel settings, one by one

Every channel you add to an account gets its own settings. They decide how a detected trade becomes a real order: the channel chooses what to trade, you choose how.

Lot type
Fixed places the same lot on every trade. Percentage sizes each trade from your account balance instead.
Lot size
The number the lot type uses: with fixed, 0.01 is one micro lot per trade; with percentage, 1 means one percent of your balance.
Take profits to trade
Which of the signal's targets you want, from TP1 to TP5. One position is opened per target selected, so choosing TP1 and TP2 opens two positions with the same entry and stop and a different target each.
Break even
On by default. When TP1 is reached, the stop loss of the positions still open is moved to the entry price, so the trade can no longer turn into a loss. It can be disabled per channel.
Replace SL
Uses another level from the same signal as the stop loss, instead of the one the channel published. For channels whose stops are wider than you are willing to run.
Asset mapping
Renames an instrument before the order is sent, one rule per line, e.g. XAUUSD=GOLD. Use it when the channel and your broker call the same thing by different names.
Asset blacklist
Instruments you never want traded from this channel, separated by commas. Their signals are detected and then skipped.
Prefix and suffix
Many brokers decorate their symbols — mEURUSD, EURUSD.raw. Whatever you put here is added to the front or the back of every instrument before the order goes out.
Replace asset
Forces every signal from this channel onto one instrument, skipping mapping, prefix, suffix and blacklist. It is also what makes single-instrument channels work when they never write the symbol at all.

If your broker rejects an order for an unknown symbol, the cause is almost always the prefix, the suffix or the mapping. Open Market Watch in MetaTrader and copy the symbol exactly as your broker spells it.

The channels of an account
Inside an account: the channels it copies, a summary of each one's settings, and the buttons to change or remove them.
Signals
Every message the detector classified as a trade, newest first, with pair, direction, entry, stop loss, take profits and the state of the order.
Activity
A timeline of what happened on your account: sessions, detected messages, executions and errors. Message contents are not stored — only that something arrived, from a partly masked channel.

What a signal's status means

Pending
Detected and queued for your account.
Sent
Handed over to your MetaTrader account.
Executed
The order exists at your broker.
Cancelled
Dropped before reaching the market, usually by a rule of yours such as a blacklisted instrument.
Error
Your broker refused it. The common reasons are an unknown symbol, not enough margin, or a closed market.
Expired
A pending order that was never triggered while it was valid.

What an account's state means

Connected
Ready to execute your signals.
Connecting to broker
The account is deployed and your credentials were accepted — your broker still has to approve the connection. This can take 15 to 60 minutes.
Not connecting
The broker has not approved the connection for over an hour, which is longer than normal. Check the login and password, or whether your broker is having issues.
Stopped
No signals will be executed here. Its configuration is kept.
Failed
The account could not be brought up. Check the broker credentials and the server name.
Status unavailable
We could not read the live status just now. The account is not necessarily down.

Plans and what each one covers

Every plan copies an unlimited number of signals — we never charge per trade. What changes is how many channels and accounts the plan covers, and how quickly support answers.

Your plan runs 1 account at a time on Basic, 2 on Pro and 3 on VIP. Pausing an account stops it trading immediately, costs you nothing and can be undone at any time — but it keeps its place. Archiving deletes the cloud account for good and frees the place, so you can connect a different broker account instead. Because setting up each new account has a cost on our side, archiving is what we limit: 1 a month on Basic and Pro, 2 on VIP. That is enough to replace an account you have blown and connect its successor, without leaving anyone stuck. Archiving never touches your broker — open trades stay open and your money stays where it is. Close them yourself in MetaTrader if that is what you want.

Changing plan is not self-service yet: message support on Telegram and we will move you across.

What it can and cannot do

The short version, so you know what you are buying before you buy it.

It can

  • Read the channels and groups your Telegram account already belongs to, and find the trades in them.
  • Place those trades on one or more MT4/MT5 accounts, at any hour, with nothing running on your side.
  • Use your lot size instead of the channel's, separately for every channel and every account.
  • Open one position per take profit, and move the stop to breakeven once TP1 is reached.
  • Adapt instrument names to your broker, and skip instruments you do not want.
  • Copy the same channel to two accounts with completely different risk.
  • Be stopped at any moment — switch listening off, stop an account, or remove a channel.

It cannot

  • Give you signals. TelegramSyncer produces none and resells none; you bring the channels.
  • Get you into a channel you are not already a member of.
  • Read a trade that exists only inside a screenshot or a voice note. It reads text.
  • Go back for messages posted while listening was off.
  • Trade a message with no stop loss or no take profit — it is not treated as a signal.
  • Act on a channel's later instructions about an open trade, such as “close half” or “move your stop”. Those messages are not signals; automatic breakeven is the only management there is.
  • Replace MetaTrader. There is no chart and no order ticket here — once an order exists, you manage and close it in your own platform.
  • Promise you a price. Your broker executes, so spread, slippage, leverage, margin and market hours are all theirs.
  • Move money. We never take deposits, never withdraw and never hold funds.
  • Make a bad channel profitable. Automating a copier only means the same decisions are taken faster and without you.

Your accounts, your data

What we ask for, what we do with it, and what we never keep.

Your Telegram session
Connecting is the same as adding a new device: a login code, plus your cloud password if you use two-step verification. We read incoming messages in order to detect trades; message contents are not stored, and the activity log records only that a message arrived, from a partly masked channel. Disconnect from the Telegram page here, or from Telegram → Settings → Devices, whenever you like.
Your broker password
Sent once, to create the cloud connection to your broker, and then dropped. It is not stored by TelegramSyncer and never written to a log. If you change it at your broker, add the account again.
Your money
We never receive, hold or move funds. Deposits and withdrawals stay between you and your broker; TelegramSyncer can only place and modify orders on the account you connected.
Your TelegramSyncer password
Changed only through a one-time link we email you. The app never asks for your current password in a form.
Switching everything off
Turning listening off and disconnecting Telegram stay available even if your plan has ended, so you can always stop the copier. To delete your account and its history entirely, message support.

When something does not look right

The eight things that actually go wrong, in the order they usually go wrong.

Billing, renewal and cancelling

Plans are monthly, and nothing here locks you in.

Renewal
Plans renew automatically through Hotmart on the same day each month.
Cancelling
Cancel from your Hotmart purchase page whenever you like. Your access stays until the end of the period you have already paid for.
After a plan ends
Nothing is deleted: your Telegram session, your MetaTrader accounts and every channel setting are kept, and they are all there again the moment a plan is active. In the meantime you simply lose access to the dashboard — so switch listening off before you go if you want everything to stop.
Receipts and refunds
Payments, invoices and refund requests are handled by Hotmart, where the plan was bought.

Still stuck?

Support runs on Telegram, which is where you already are. Both plans include it and Pro is answered first. Tell us the email on your account and what you were doing, and we will look at it with you.

One last thing

TelegramSyncer places trades on a real account with real money. Trading forex and CFDs on margin can cost you all of your capital, and a copier does not change that — it only removes the delay between a channel posting and an order existing. Test a channel you do not know on a demo account first, and read the risk notice at the bottom of this page.
