Terms of Service

TelegramSyncer is an execution tool. It reads the messages in the Telegram channels you choose, works out which of them are trade signals, and places those trades on the MetaTrader account you connected, using the risk settings you set.

That is the whole of it. We do not produce signals, we do not choose channels for you, and we do not give financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We are not a broker, not a signal provider, and not a registered investment adviser in any jurisdiction. Which channels to copy and how much to risk are your decisions, and the results of the resulting trades are yours.

TelegramSyncer is provided by Victor Araya Jiménez, operating as a sole trader in Costa Rica. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that person, and “you” means whoever holds the account.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

You must also be permitted to trade the instruments you copy, with the broker you use, under the law of wherever you are. We do not check that and we cannot: only you know where you live and what your broker allows. If using this service would breach a rule that applies to you, do not use it.

One account, one person. Keep your password to yourself — anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

You may not resell access, share one account between several people, or run the service on money that is not yours. Managing other people’s funds is a regulated activity in most places, and this service is neither built nor licensed for it.

You connect your own Telegram account the same way you would add a new device: your phone number and the code Telegram sends you. That gives us a session which can read the channels you are already in.

We use it only to watch the channels you select and read the messages in them. We do not send messages as you, do not join or leave channels on your behalf, and do not read your private chats. You can disconnect at any time from the app, which ends the session.

Your Telegram account stays subject to Telegram’s own terms. If Telegram limits or closes it, we cannot restore it.

You give us the login, password and server for a MetaTrader 4 or 5 account at your own broker. We pass them once to MetaApi, the cloud MetaTrader provider that hosts the connection, at the moment the account is created. We do not store the password and we do not write it to a log.

What that connection can do is open, modify and close trades. It cannot deposit, withdraw or transfer money. We never hold your funds and nobody here can move them.

Your relationship with your broker is yours: their terms, their spreads, their execution, their margin rules. If your broker rejects an order, closes a position or freezes your account, that is between you and them.

Plans are sold and charged through Hotmart, which acts as the seller. Your payment details go to Hotmart, not to us — we never see your card.

Because Hotmart is the seller, its terms govern payment, invoicing, renewal, cancellation and refunds, and they take precedence over anything on this page. Cancel from your Hotmart account, and address refund requests to Hotmart. We can point you to the right place, but we cannot take a payment or reverse one.

Access follows the subscription: when it lapses, so does access.

• Use the service for anything unlawful where you are, or to trade money that is not yours
• Break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to any part of it
• Copy channels you are not permitted to be in, or redistribute their signals against their rules
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service
• Present it as your own product, or claim that we endorse your results
• Use it to manipulate a market, or in any way that breaks your broker’s rules or Telegram’s

The service depends on Telegram, on MetaApi, on your broker’s servers and on an AI provider. Any of them can be slow, wrong or unavailable, and when they are, signals may be missed, delayed, or executed at a price you did not expect.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram, MetaQuotes, MetaApi, Hotmart or any broker. Their trademarks belong to them.

We do not refund for downtime caused by a third party, and we cannot recover a trade that a third party failed to execute.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise the AI will classify every message correctly — it will not. A message that is not a signal can be read as one, and a real signal can be missed.

We may change, suspend or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you are paying for, you are free to cancel.

Trading forex and CFDs on margin carries a high level of risk and can cost you all of your capital. Every trade this service places was set in motion by a channel you chose and settings you configured. Losses are yours.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, missed trades, trades placed that you did not want, or any indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable in spite of that, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop at any time: cancel through Hotmart, disconnect Telegram, and remove your broker account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to close, or that is being used in a way that puts other users or the service at risk. Where it is reasonable to warn you first, we will.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards is how you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and its courts have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in a place with mandatory local protections, this does not take those away.
